1. What are the monthly fees and are there any hidden costs?

 

There are no hidden costs, but there is a mandatory protection plan of $8.99 + tx that will be applied to your bill.

2. What security measures are in place?

 

All of our storage facilities are accessible only with a security access code. All areas are covered by security surveillance cameras and each unit has a security alarm.

3. What unit sizes are available, and how do I know what size I need?

 

We offer storage units and lockers from 2’ x 2’ to 10’ x 25’. You can use our Storage Calculator to help you decide what size you need.

4. Are the units climate-controlled?

 

Yes, all of our storage units are climate controlled to protect your belongings.

5. What are the access hours?

 

Our storage units are accessible 24/7. Our office hours are 9am to 6pm, Monday to Friday, 8am to 3pm on Saturday. The office is closed on Sunday.

6. Do I need insurance for my belongings?

 

There is a mandatory protection plan of $8.99 + tx applied to your bill.

7. What items are prohibited from being stored?

 

There are a few types of items that are prohibited. This includes items like hazardous materials, paints and solvents, perishable goods, live animals, and firearms. Let us know if you’re unsure.

8. What is the minimum rental period or lease agreement?

 

We rent our units for as little as a 4 week period.

9. Do you offer any discounts or specials?

 

We offer frequent discounts on our units. Please see our Rentals page for the latest offers.

10. Do I need to bring my own lock?

 

You will need your own lock, but we sell them in our office.
